WORKOUT ROUTINE WIZARD

Create your own workouts with the Workout Wizard and then print them or directly send them to you or your clients! The workout wizard available to you after login has further capabilities to design workouts with additional flexibility.

Exercise Name Sets Reps Weight Other Tempo
* Click the icon to get a suggestion and replace the exercise, to delete it, to view it.
* Place your mouse over an exercise name above to see menu options: Create Superset, Create Triset, Create Mini-Circuits, Add Drop Sets
* Each exercise has one row in the table above no matter how many sets it has. When printing the workout, each set will have its own row in order to record weights, reps, etc specific to each set.
* Other=Other/Seat Notch (ex: on exercise equipment the setting for seat adjustment) Tempo=Tempo, Other Notch or Other Setting
* DS=Dropsets SS=Supersets TS=Trisets
